In addition, we carry out the necessary surveys (measurements, levels, areas to be landscaped) using the surveyor’s plan you provide in .DWG or .PDF format. These measurements help us anticipate potential technical constraints and work from accurate, reliable data from the outset.

The final phase takes you from technical preparation to project delivery, with close monitoring at every step.

At Adonis Paysages, the execution phase is just as meticulous as the design. It starts with the creation of a central document: the DPGF (Breakdown of the Overall and Fixed Price). This is a table detailing the supplies and services planned, along with their quantities and costs. This is complemented by all the technical and administrative documents needed for the successful execution of the site.
Once preparation is complete, the site work can begin. Adonis Paysages manages the coordination of all the trades involved, depending on the nature of the project: landscape masonry, pool installation, outdoor tiling, lighting, automatic irrigation, exterior carpentry, etc. Every step is carefully orchestrated.
We ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the construction process, with regular check-ins to keep you informed of progress. This gives you a clear view of what’s been completed, what’s next, and the overall timeline. Our teams ensure that every detail is flawlessly executed. If an unexpected issue arises on site, we adapt our solutions quickly and transparently.
2 – Final delivery
When the work is complete, we arrange a final meeting with you for the handover. On this occasion, we provide the DOE (As-Built File). This is a complete technical document that records all the work completed from start to finish.
And afterward? Our support doesn’t stop there. Once the work is delivered, we coordinate the handover to our maintenance teams to ensure your garden remains healthy and beautiful over time.
